I appreciate the lower dosage as the higher doses have created some issues for me. If you need or want a higher dose you can double up on the pills. This are very small capsules if you have trouble swallowing bigger ones. I have never had an issue with this brand and feel that the quality is good.

Used this while breastfeeding to ensure my baby got vitamin D. I have no complaints, the pill is small, does not smell, and seemed to do what it was supposed to.

day sleepers need a mild supplement. 1000 IU is good. d3 helps body ‘absorb’ calcium from digested food.
