Short drawstring and tight rollers
The drawstring of the blinds is short and only reaches half the height of the window. The roller mechanism is so tight that you need to pull it with two hands. Impossible for an elderly person to use. The only reason I'm not returning it is because it's such a pain to uninstall and pack it.

Length is only 78” and not 84”
The product was only 78” long which is 6” short. I ordered 2 pieces to be installed side by side. One is 80” and the other only 78” long. Having installed these at a height I have to call the installers once again to return and claim a refund. I am stuck with this defective item.

Loved it
The product is exactly what it says on Amazon. The product is easy to install (you will need drilling machine, else call a carpenter / electrician). The built quality is also strong. Caution if you have notorious kids then this can bad soon. Needs to be handled with care.

Quality is commensurate with cost. Exactly as expected. Easy to install and operate. Rollers moving smoothly. Cloth good to blank out sun heat especially in summer.
