Fantastic shower! Such an easy and stylish way to upgrade a boring, basic shower on a budget. The matte black looks sleek and elegant and the 8 inch main unit is wonderful and feels luxurious with the rainfall feature. I personally appreciate the handheld unit more than usual after having recent carpal tunnel surgery and not being allowed to get my sutures wet. You can turn off the main unit and use only the handheld. It’s also useful for shower and tub cleaning. The seller is easy to communicate with and quick to fix any issue you may have. Ours had a crack on the 3 way adapter causing water to leak and eventually popped off which sent water gushing out of the top. I was disappointed and not looking forward to sending the entire thing back for a refund only to have to re-order and wait for another to be shipped. I contacted the seller and explained the issue and they quickly sent out a new 3 way adapter at no charge. It works beautifully and my family is loving this new set up and look!

I do like this and I wanted to love this. I gave it 3 stars because one connection piece is slowly leaking. It isn't a lot but when I buy a product I want it not to leak. I did triubleshoot it and had someone else look at it. Its definitely a manufacture issue. I love the rainfall aspect. It's soft and covers a lot of body surface. I like that you can adjust the height and it is nice for a tall person. No leaning back. The attachment piece has some great pressure and there are different settings so being able to have different choices is a good quality. Installation was easy and it had all the pieces to put it together. It's very sleek and looks nice quality. I would say it was worth it and I will keep it because I can deal with a small drip.

really great product. however, the mounting bracket doesn't securely hold the handheld shower head. at times the bracket would come off and fall and I would have to refasten. I've modified the bracket by drilling a a hole and inserting a plastic expansion clip to better secure it something they may want to think about adding. I have a picture to better elaborate

Let me start with the disclaimer of I’m going to be overdramatic and excessive in my description. I love showers to begin with. They are my little bit of peace and quiet everyday. Plus who doesn’t love being clean and smelling good? When I say this shower head takes it to the next level, I am not exaggerating. First, it actually took me 3.5 weeks to convince myself to order this one. The reviews are mixed, the measurements were smaller than what I thought I wanted, and the last time I ordered a black “water” fixture (sink faucet) it took 3 months for the black to start fading off. Finally, the hose on my shower head burst, so I took the plunge and ordered it, thinking I would just go to the hardware and buy a better washer, as leaking seemed to be the consistent complaint. It was delivered within 48 hours. We had it installed within the hour of it being delivered, and I haven’t needed to change the washer. Installation itself took maybe 20 minutes including cleaning the shower and reading the directions. The water pressure is great and currently the only “leaking” we have is the small amount of water that drips out of the rain portion after turning the shower off. I’ve also noticed that this shower head steams up my bathroom so quickly that I’m barely undressed, let alone in the shower before I have no use of the mirror. And that’s with the exhaust fan on before the showers started, and not on the hottest heat. Which is impressive considering our previous shower head it took 10 minutes on high heat to get any steam. In the shower itself, it’s nice to have a shower head in which the spray covers most of my body without having to spin around like a dog doing a trick. The extra head is extremely handy for rinsing those lovely lower regions and has the power to remove dirt and debris from your body AND clean your shower. The different settings are fantastic too. For those who like to get down and dirty with their shower head, my only comment would be the need for a longer hose, assuming one would sit for that purpose? Otherwise, standing reaches well. (I spent a lot of time going down the shower head research rabbit hole) I’ve already started recommending this shower head to friends and family. Now I just need a solid shower curtain, a bath tray, and a bath pillow, and it would be like I have my own personal spa.

Very good and provide good pressure! - The shower handle still leak a bit when turned off, and as I installed it I kinda knew it was gonna do that since the mechanism didn't seem very effective. But it is still ok for me since I usually used both. - installation is easy, but I recommend using better theflon than the one provided. Also dont use your metal tool directly on it since it will leave a mark. I used a washcloth so the metal didn't get in contact with it and it did the job. - the double tape for the handle shower holder doesn't do the job at all ... I sprayed all the area with alcohol and the applied professional sealant and adhesive made for that.
