I had a wired HyperX Cloud Alpha for over five years, so naturally, when it came time to replace it, I opted for this option. Best bang for the buck. Great sound quality and build quality, of course. What really takes the cake here is the amazing battery life. I charge mine once every two weeks, and I don't even charge them to 100%. I usually put them back on when they reach around 40%, and for me, that's extremely impressive because I'm chronically online. These headphones are some workhorses.

Good overall value. Very comfortable, even if you have a large head like mine. Good quality and construction. This is my third pair and I wear them everyday and they hold up to daily hard use for at least a few years. Well done Kingston on the mic and high quality sounds too. If you need a comfortable, durable headset, even for large heads, this is the one at a good price. Watch out for sales, as it goes on sale at least a few times a year, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I’ve had an older Hyperx Cloud II for 8 years and it’s still working great. But I wanted a wireless headset and the Cloud Alpha is great for several reasons. It is as comfortable as the old wired one. I can wear it for a 1 or 2 hr meeting comfortably. Colleagues say my voice is crisp clear - not muddled, scratchy, or tinny. So kudos for microphone quality. The sound quality is adequate for meetings… I don’t know how it would be in other situations such as gaming or listening to music. The wireless feature is exactly as I’d hoped with no installation software required. There is an app that you can optionally install but I haven’t needed any features that offers. But I only use the headset for work, not gaming. I haven’t tested the maximum range, but it’s no problem to walk across the room and maintain a good connection. This was a refurbished unit that cost $119 and seems the same as new. I hope these last as long as my other set…thanks HyperX!

Ive never bought a refurb headset, so I was skeptical. Headset is in really good condition though. The ear cups have light wear, but not really noticeable unless looking. It looks like on mine the cushion that rests on your head was replaced with a new one; does seem to be non third party part. Over-all quality is great. Ive noticed that some people said that their headset came in the original box. Mine came in a regular shipping box with a plastic mold for the headset, cable, etc. Only con I can really notice is that they dont seem to have cleaned well in the small cracks in the headset details. Noticeable dust in them.

I use this everyday and most of the day and the battery lasts for about a week. The volume can go loud and sounds clear and natural. Bass is lacking, but absolutely amazing headset. Only thing that could be better would be the addition of Bluetooth. That said, it is so very close to absolute perfection.

These HURT HURT HURT your ears! Cannot wear for more than an hour! I would give one star, but the advertised battery life is indeed real, it lasts forever. Sound quality is also amazingly mid for how expensive these are.

Reviewing these after sometime. I bought two of these one for me and one for my son and both are still working. Very happy with my choice to buy these. Great sound quality.

Es una excelente compra, dura mucho la batería lo tengo desde hace aproximadamente 3 meses y solo lo he cargado 3 veces, cabe recalcar que los uso demasiado, muy buen sonido y un micrófono decente, que sea inalámbrico es otro plus que tiene ya que la comodidad que te proporciona es impecable, lo único negativo entre comillas sería: el rango de conectividad, ya que si te alejas según para que lado se desconectaran, pero eso puede ser por la interferencia con otras cosas, cabe aclarar que no es un rango de preocuparse tampoco, sin más estoy muy conforme con el producto

Es la primera vez que compro un producto amazon reacondicionado y mayormente lo hice porque amazon siempre me ha ayudado con cualquier problema. El hecho de que haya encontrado este headset aproximadamente a la mitad de su precio original sonaba muy bueno para dejar pasar la opartunidad. Lo recibi febrero 2, no llega en su caja original, pero llego con todos los accesorios incluyendo el filtro del microfono (que a muchos no les llego). Cargue el headset por una hora y llego a 93%, lo utilize por 10 hrs ininterrumpidamente y solo bajo a 89%. No se si llegue cerca a las 300hrs de uso por cada carga pero estare editando este review el dia que necesite cargar la bateria. Tengo experiencia con los heasets hyperx, tengo el cloud alpha original y llevo 5 años con el. Se sienten muy similares ambos en peso y comodidad. Fuera de la caja la version wireless tiene un nivel de sonido mas bajo, que puede ajustarse mediante gain en ecualizador, pero la calidad de audio me parece identica al modelo original que es exepcional. En cuanto al alcance, no he notado problemas al estar a 10 metros de mi computadora, cuando me alejo otros 2 metros ya empieza a perder conexion, que me parece una buena distancia. Lo que mas llama la atencion de este headset es la bateria de larga duracion y lo que lo pone por ensima de todos los de mas headsets en el mercado. Con mis impresiones de dia uno si podria decir que estoy satisfecho con lo que recibi, especialmente al precio que pague. Editado: Ya llevo un mes con el headset y apenas en marzo 11 llego a 0% de bateria. Algo que puedo mencionar es que durante todo este mes al encender el headset me seguia indicando 89% hasta que un dia mientras lo estaba usando simplemente se apago. Asi es que el la voz que escuchas cuando lo enciendes y te dice el nivel de bateria no es confiable. Cargue el headset de nuevo hasta 100% en marzo 11 y hoy marzo 14 sigue diciendo 100%, pero ahora ya se que cada 30 dias debo cargarlo.

Pense que quedaría decepcionado pero La verdad me sorprendio en la calidad en la que se encontraban para ser reacondicionados, Ni un solo rayo pude notar, Llego con todos sus accesorios menos la espuma del micrófono para el anti pop, No pude encontrar ningun detalle en los audifonos 100% recomendados

Es un gran headset, que se ve que tiene una excelente calidad, lamentablemente no los pude probar mucho y los devolví ya que el micrófono no funcionaba bien, no se oía.

Aunque llegaron sin la esponja para el micrófono, funcionan muy bien me han servido bastante para las vídeo llamadas en las que necesito escuchar lo que dicen y omitir el ruido ambiental!! Además me escuchan sin problemas
