This is the best acne spot treatment. I had a ginormous pimple right in the middle of my head and on the side of my face. It was so embarrassing multiple people asked me if I got punched in the face. I always get super big pimple and end up waiting months for them to disappear and by the time that one does a new one appears. I ordered this and I put about 3 layers of this treatment on my pimples and when I woke up in the morning they were completely flat. I was so happy now there is just a little red mark from me trying to pop it.

This seems to work on bumps. I don’t get cystic acne so I can’t speak to that. Bumps usually disappear overnight.

Works really well for calming down breakouts fast. I noticed smaller pimples fade within a day or two. It can be a little drying, so I use a moisturizer after. Overall, great spot treatment!

Definitely does it job, I have oily skin and this dries out any acne I have active and by the next day it’s flat. Worth every penny! It is a little strong if you put the treatment close to your eyes or nose but nothing out of the extraordinary. Add to skincare overnight if you have bumps pop up, it will do the job! Very easy to apply.

This is excellent. If I see an upcoming blemish and put a small amount on it, it is literally gone before the next day. I’ve used it for years and because you need so little, it lasts a very long time. I highly recommend this product.

The older version/formula of this product was much better. This new formula has been pretty harsh on my skin. It still gets rid of the pimple pretty quickly, and also leaves the area of the skin very red, dry, and flakes. I'm going to keep searching for the old acne treatment.

So I bought this because of the ratings, but calicylic acid hasn't typically helped my acne in the past- white head or cystic. I usually get hormonal cystic acne every couple of weeks on my chin. I also have the bad habit of trying to open them with a half sterilized needle. But I was trying to move away from that and just use topical creams so I don't add scarring to my face. So I used this and it worked so well to just keep adding this cream. Then I thought, well maybe I just never gave salicylic acid a good try, so I'll buy some less expensive salicylic acids. They did nothing. So I bought this again and BAM ! Houdini acne. This dries your skin a bit on the applied area if you go full Rambo several times a day like I do but some of us prefer dry skin and an enzyme scrub over acne. Nothing has ever actually worked for my cystic acne except a couple days' treatment with this. Buy it. Or don't. Some say it's a free country

Expensive product. Not worthy doesn't work well.

I love this Murad gel, it relieves acne from depth with 2 to 3 days. It removes dark spots along with acne.
