I bought this refurbished, and it served me well for two years, then it locked up, and I have been unable to reset it. Great features: can hold TWO sim cards, and has a replaceable battery and hold a Huge SD card. You can't find these features in any Android, and you never could in an Aplle phone. Just wish it has lasted as long as my S5 - which lasted ten years.

Excellent condition. Easy to transfer data from old phone.

Battery is draining really fast even with mild usage and battery saving on

Update: I sent the phone to Samsung for repair. They said there was liquid damage on the LCD. This was NOT covered in the warranty. The photo shows their definition of IP68. "...that rating is based on controlled lab conditions - clean fresh water, no movement, no pressure changes. Real-world scenarios...can breach seals or corrode components". My conclusion is if you use the phone outside of "controlled lab conditions" it could be damaged and will not be covered under warranty. Original review: I really wanted to love this phone & keep it for 7 years like my Galaxy S5. I bought this to replace a 3 year old XCover Pro. The screen stopped working after some "slight rugged use". I'm going to go back to less expensive phones and heavier duty cases.

Perfect for what I need..the battery capacity sucks for modern everyday use though. My previous ancient CatS42 phone had better capacity
