WOW! This is by far the greatest water cooler I have ever used. We drink and use about 4 gallons of water per day. Works fantastic! The water is ACTUALLY "ice" Cold!!! The hot water is sooooo hot it will burn your tongue!!! So yeah I am definitely happy! I wish I had a thermometer to tell you the actual temperature of the water but since I am an avid Starbucks coffee drinker and I get my coffee extra hot I am going to assume the hot water is about 165 to 175 degrees fahrenheit. Then the cold water is colder than the bottled drinks in my fridge! Oh did I mention the water cooler is VERY quiet! I never even notice the noise! I am so pleased with this water cooler now in 5 years if the machine still works I will update and let y'all know. As of right now I have only had it a few weeks.

I bought this after reading reviews by other people who stated it was compatible with the ZeroWater filter jug. Initially, I thought the order was a mistake and that the other reviews were incorrect. After some difficulty with installation of the ZW filter, I spoke to Aquverse Customer Service and not only did they understand my confusion, but they were also able to tell me exactly how to make the dispenser compatible with ZW filters. The turn around time for question and response was less than 2 hours! Efficient and helpful to the max! Definitely encourage buys from this company.

Purchased this for home use. Died after just 1 year. The unit started to leak and produced hot water everywhere even in the cold side. No parts, no cs.

Awesome water cooler ,water gets cold very fast NICE size AND QUIET .Well made .I did not have to plush the system like other coolers water taste good .Love how it looks. The only drawback in my opion is that it would have been nice to have a little storage in the bottom . OTHER than that it's perfect .FAST DELIVERY WELL WORTH THE PRICE .

This product arrived damaged in 2 places, the only option is to return it, but I had to drive an hour to get this one, that I think I may have to keep it. But so far so good on the cooler itself.

This is my second one. My first Aquaverse cooler lasted me 7 years with daily use. They seem to have upgraded the water taps, that was my only previous complaint. If they could increase water flow, it would be the perfect product.

I’ve had this in my house for 9 years. The compressor finally went and there was no cooled water coming out. Couldn’t be more thrilled with it’s performance. Just got the identical model and 9 years later, the price only went up $50. A+++ would definitely do it again. Over the years, the only issue was the hot water handle kinda melted and had to be replaced for around $15. That was about 7 years in. Worth every penny.

I really like my water dispenser. The hot side has a child-proof tab that must be depressed to dispense the almost boiling water. It makes sense that it's there, but it's almost completely adult-proof too. I know how to use it, but my guests cannot figure it out and I have to help them all. Also both hot and cold water dispense somewhat slowly. I use the ZeroWater Bottle on top, and it was easy to remove one piece of this unit so the bottle could fit inside. It also looks a lot better than most of the very cheap plastic unity. I love the stainless steel sides.
