I got my makeup done professionally and the girl who did it used this. I was outside at an event and my makeup lasted all day. So I bought some and this goes on smooth it does not make your skin feel sticky. It goes well with my foundation no problems at all. I can tell when I forget to put it on my makeup does not last at all. With it my makeup lasted much longer. Obviously when I’m outside in 100 degree weather it’s not a miracle worker lol. I love this and will continue to buy it.

this primer grips so well i have to put effort into blending my foundation. it feels exactly like milk makeups primer that went viral a few years back but doesnt feel like it’s suffocating my skin. hasnt caused any breakouts and helps my makeup stay during sweaty restaurant industry shifts. will repurchase again and again.

This primer doesn’t stick that well with my skin. Probably because my skin is super dry, but it gives my skin a nice dewy look!

Best primer on the market for the price. Second time purchasing this product and not sure I will switch anytime soon. I love using this after my moisturizer. My makeup goes on beautifully!

Love this primer, which it was bigger. I have oily skin so was concerned it would break me out, which it didn't. Goes on easily and makeup lasts all day. Affordable price and no smell.

Not to bad of a primer if you're looking for a tacky primer that grips and holds your makeup for several hours. The consistency is almost serum like as opposed to a "gel", which is fine because it is quite easy to apply and glides on effortlessly. Once it's on the recommendation is to let it dry for roughly half a minute prior to using complexion makeup products. After the dry down the facial canvas is left with a slightly tacky surface which does in fact aid in longer wear time. It does remain tacky throughout the day and hair flyaways have a tendency to stick to the face, also after several hours of wear it starts to look a bit oily and breaks down. If you're out n about you may want to do a quick touch-up or give your face a light dusting of powder. This is the point where you start getting that feeling that all you want to do is get home and wash your face ~ at least this is how I felt and what I experienced.I gave this ELF PRIMER a shot because I wanted to see how well it helped the staying power of my makeup, and it definitely does increase wear time. Unfortunately, there's zero blurring capabilities and this is a must have feature for me. I applied the primer all over my face and let it dry down the recommended time and then went in and applied my blurring primer in the areas where I needed it the most, then proceeded with complexion application. End result with both primers gave me a nice end result.Overall, the primer works as intended. I'm less than thrilled with the break down after several hours and definitely not fond of my hair sticking to my face or the stray eyelash that dances on my face until it gets stuck. I will use it on the days I need staying power, aside from those days I will stick with my blurring primer for a more flawless finish.
