Sticks and clumps your eyelashes
It sticks to your eyelashes and then clumps them, and the only way you can take it off is to pull the eyelashes off -- makeup remover doesn't work. Long-lasting -- I'm not so sure because it dries and chips off, so your eyeliner will be clunky and patchy. This is a poor-quality product disguised as a good-looking product. I'd avoid this to save my lashes.
