My Husband has been using this product ( he is writing the review), "Alpha GPC with Choline+ Uridine" for a couple of months now and find them to be quite inline with expectations as suggested by current marketing. If improving your memory, recall, thinking and clarity along with repairing potential years of environmental damage, then this will lead you along the right path, In my opinion based on personal vast research etc. I had tried a couple of different brands prior to this and after I came across this product and the information shared through their website and blog I was both quite impressed and saddened to realize the inefficiencies of so many of the other products using "similar" ingredients but not quite hitting the mark due to the many varied forms that were not truly synergistic to what the intended outcome is. I frankly do not write reviews typically, however after coming across another advertisement promoting almost all the same elements this products contains but in lower strength and two to three times the money, I'd had enough. The supplement industry is so full of snake oil and half truths, it has driven me crazy for years. Not to mention the fact that this product is not that easy to find on Amazon when doing a search based on the ingredients. I remember when I first found this product, I continued to research others as I usually do to find the right product and why, When I went back to try and find this product in Amazon I originally thought it had been taken down as I was unable to find it. I did not remember the Brand name, only what it looked like. Do yourself a favor and just do it. Hit the buy it now button, you will appreciate it. Also look at purchasing their Phosphatidylserine, Bacopa Monnieri, it works synergistically with the above, is a force multiplier. I have not been compensated by the above company in anyway. Cannot tell any difference. It is supposed to take 6 weeks for it work if it is going to. If it has worked ...the effect is very minor. It has been over 6 weeks.

I am a long-term user of Bacopa Monnieri, also known as Brahmi - one of best medicinal herbs from the Indian traditional medicine, used to enhance memory and cognition, strengthen immune system, provide relaxation and improve sleep. After taking Dr Maxwell’s supplement for a couple of weeks I have been surprised how energized my brain feels, an effect that I have not experienced with Brahmi alone. I was intrigued and researched Phosphatidylserine, a new ingredient for me to discover that is it a super nootropic that does many miracles for the brain and also helps with elevated cortisol levels due to stress. A friend of mine turned out to be a long-term user of Phosphatidylserine, so I gave him some of Dr Maxwell product to try. He has been impressed as well, saying that it works much better than just Phosphatidylserine, so he has bought the supplement as well. Apparently, Dr Maxwell has created a truly outstanding stack of ingredients with this supplement. I know that every organism is different, but I hope this product works as well for you as it has for me - it is truly the best supplement I have tried and I am so grateful that I gave it a try despite the fewer reviews it had.
