First time buyer Male-43 years old 6' tall-310lbs 10 years at a desk job -Struggling for 5 years with neck, shoulders, back, hips, pelvis pain issues -Changed diet to 80% plant based -Found the right desk chair that reclines and has a neck pillow - Started with weekly chiropractor appointments for 4 months, now bi weekly appoinments for 4 months -Acutely aware of the increasing weakness of all muscles in my body due to desk job confinement, especially core and legs -This machine works by raising one side of the standing platform up maybe an inch then returns to flat then does the other side VERY quickly, I'm guessing 3-6 times per second on jogging mode -This super fast side to side rocking motion alters your center of gravity which forces ALL body muscles to contract to maintain your balance -Muscles working effect is weakest in arms obviously but that is why it comes with resistance bands that use carabiner clips that attach on the under side of the platform -In theory, this machine should cause all of the muscles in your body to contract to some degree to constantly maintain your balance -First session tried was 10 minutes on the machine's preset jogging mode -Takes some getting used to! but after 4 minutes was totally comfortable -Felt itchy in random spots on lower body from muscles contracting and sweat forming -Defintely feel all muscles other than arms responding to the shifting in my center of gravity -Be careful when moving your head during a session as all of your muscles are constantly contracted already - simply keep your chin level and look straight ahead which is perfect when you set up to watch TV with a remote control in each pocket! -I definitely recommend this product -It works! Low impact and after 1 hour I definitely feel sleepy like I worked out - Can still feel all muscles had a workout -I believe this machine should be beneficial to anyone who like me simply doesn't get enough physical exercise or is recovering from an injury and has been cleared by their doctor for physical exercise to strengthen muscles that have atrophied to some extent during recovery, any people with limited mobility, great inside device when there's bad weather outside -Machine is VERY quiet, nobody in the room heard it while i was using it with the tv on -Suction cups on machine's peg legs make it 100% secure on wood floor -I STRONGLY recommend this product

My vibration plate came in perfect condition. The overall quality of the vibration plate is great! It is solid, has bright colors, it was clean upon arrival. It was well packaged. It has handles on each end to help carry it since it’s a little heavy. But I’d be surprised if it weren’t. There is a roller “wheel” on one end to help move it place to place. The remote makes it easier to control since you are moving so much but there is a control pad on the actual unit. I did have a small issue with the power cord and when I let them know, they immediately sent me a new one out free of charge! Customer service is outstanding! I have only used the vibration plate a couple time so far but its very relaxing on low speeds and makes my stiff joints feel better while I was using it. Hopefully with more use, my knees will start feeling better all the time. There are some accessories that go with it but I haven’t gotten them out yet, so I cannot review them. Overall, I recommend!

I’m not one for exercising. I tore my Mcl last year. And now I’m doing squats. This has helped my circulation too. Worth every penny.

I have a rebuilt knee that Doesn't bend well and this helps relieve some of my arthritis pain in my knee. This machine feels really good when I stand on it on level 7 to 10 and squat up-and-down while standing. Doing squats on the machine feels really good to my back also and it helps my shoulders and neck. I cannot speak on whether or not this machine helps with weight loss but I can tell I'm getting a really good workout when I'm doing my squats on it however I don't use it enough to tell if it's helping lose any weight. If you are needing to use it to lose weight I would suggest looking up YouTube videos that show you how to do different workouts on the machine. The machine is kind of heavy so I would suggest getting help moving it around I have a townhouse and it's hard to take it up and downstairs when I need to move it to a different room to do my workouts. Also my mom has arthritis and she loves using it for her hips, back and legs just standing on it feels good to her whole body and gives her some relief. Also it is very easy to use!
