These have pretty good slip resistance and helped me fit into a pair of high heels that were previously a little too big

Okay so! I had the cutest flats that needed to be sized up a bit (using something other than paper towel), found this and thought great because of the pad options and sizes I can try! Comes delivered separately from all my other stuff in its own little box and all the pieces are shoved in there individually wrapped; only the back ankle pad and foot ball(?) pad that you stick to the bottom had adhesive, the tiptoe pads did not have adhesive. You were able to take off one of the sticky ones and put them back somewhere else and it’d still be sticky enough, they’re comfy enough, and solved the issue of the ill fitting shoes, star taken off for packaging

Definitely not what I was looking for, was thinking these were the foam stoppers that go in the tie box. As small as everything is, I can’t imagine how there’s so many good reviews. Bought to go in composite toed work shoes to save my toes from being smashed by that plate, I’ll give them a shot but I can’t imagine a flat piece of foam is going to do wonders for me…

One of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon. I was “blessed” with wide Fred Flintstone feet. So I buy my shoes wide, and even use a stretcher to stretch them out, but then they get loose and I end up walking out of them. I’ve tried buying smaller shoes which are too tight …so that doesn’t work. Luckily, I happened to find these on Amazon, and they are lifesaver! I put this little foam piece in the front of the shoes and then stick another thingie on the back of my shoes and …comfort!!! An absolute game changer!!! I highly recommend these to anyone!

Once they’re in….they’re in. They leave a residue (the adhesive) if you try to adjust or remove them. I’ve messed up a pair of Loewe shoes using these.

They stayed in place all day. My wedding shoes were slightly too big, but these helped fill those small gaps so I was able to wear the shoes I wanted

These are amazing! I bought 3x pairs of leather high heels and due to the leather stretching over time my feet kept slipping out of the shoes, making them impractical to wear. I added these grips and heel pads and now get to enjoy wearing my shoes again. Good quality product and great that there is different colours. Highly recommend!

They are ok, but don't stick to inside of shoe

Works extremely poorly. The one for the soles of the shoes does not have adhesive. The one for the heels is adhesive but will just peel off if you wear socks because the socks pull it off. The toe filler is also terrible because it is too thin.
