I bought this backpack Jan 7th 2024, today its Feb 16th 2026, ive had it for 2 years, its been reliable and i carry it everyday for work, I am a lighting tech and stage Manager so i carry my Gaming Laptop 17inch, the brick of a power supply, mouse, a small pouch filled with chargers and electronics i need for a day to day use along with my usb of back up files. after 2 years of wear and tear and daily carry the biggest thing that gave out first was the Velcro that holds the small cooler pack up, my electronic pouch sits on top of it and it has a little weight to it but never gave me any issues till recently where the Velcro will not hold as long and my pouch will slide down causing the cooler area to push against my meals and pushes the opening which in turn has caused one the zipper to come off completely and the other is loose or will not close like it used to but still closes just enough that my meals wont fall out, I carry 2 meals preps everyday inside that cooler and sometimes some juices and it keeps it nice and cool it hasn't torn on me or failed to keep my food cool throughout the day until i need to microwave it, it has just enough pockets for my work knife and multitool along with a little pouch on one of the left side of the shoulder strap that lets me carry my portable computer tools when i need to crack open either a PC or a Lighting Fixture, the padding on the shoulders straps have NEVER given me an issue, I carry the backpack on my right shoulder so the padding is a little more worn down then the left side but it still has not ripped or given out on me all this time making it comfortable when i travel and with everything i have the backpack is HEAVY! so the padding helps me out ALOT to ease the stress on my shoulders Overall i really like this backpack specially the small cooler bag that it comes with it and how long its lasted me personally, wish the zipper didnt break on the cooler side, Hope this helps

This bag is very well designed. The bag itself is light and comfortable to wear. But amazingly, there are distinct areas for my laptop, water bottle, lunch... and all of that still leaves the main pouch empty. I've only had it for a month so I can't speak to durability but the zippers seem fine to me. Not as rugged as a hiking backpack but not cheap and filmsy. At this price, if they break down in a few years I can live with it.

Worked for what I needed and for the most part satisfied.. it has more storage then anyone could ever need.. unfortunately my charger was broken, but I didnt purchase it for that frature, so it wasnt a huge deal.. the one big flaw is that the cooler isnt framed in the back pack and the storage pocket above it is only held up by velcroe.. so if the cooler isnt full, the storage pocket and all its content, falls into the bottom of the bag, and its kind of a pain to fish it all out. I would still recommend though.. overall a great product and worth the buy.

I absolutely adore this backpack. I’m a hairstylist and I use this to transport my tools, iPad and laptop. The lunch compartment is perfect for my crockpot lunch warmer. I was concerned the compartment wouldn’t have enough room but it fits just fine. Keep in mind it takes a couple days for the best flexibility. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and comfortable on the shoulders. I feel like my tools, belongings, and lunch are secure in this bag. I think it will last me several years.

I have been using this bag for the past 14 months as a diaper bag because I wanted a large cooler section to hold bottles and snacks. After more than a year of constant use every day, I have lots of positive thing to say. This is a great size for our use for our baby and now with a toddler. We keep ice packs in the cooler with our milk, fruit snacks, cheese, yogurt, and other food to stay cool, and it works great! There is an accessories pocket perfect for staying organized with our sunblock, hand sani, pacifier, food scissors and disposable bib and placemats. The main compartment goes half-way down with the option of going all the way down by making the cooler portion less deep. We store dry snacks, toys, and small books. A small zippered pocket is helpful to store things, too. The back pocket is meant for a laptop, but it works perfectly to hold our diaper changing pad, diapers and wipes. The two side drink pockets are a great depth to hold our drinks. The bottom of the back of backpack has a hidden zippered pocket. And the back also has a strap to put over the suitcase pulling bar to make travel easy. We have flown several times with this, it's our main bag every time we go out. While I wish it were "cuter", the function of this backpack is amazing and despite using it so much, the shape and fabrics have stayed in tact completely! So it doesn't look ragged despite how we might feel as tired parents lol. Anyway, a very thoughtfully designed backpack with great uses as a diaper bag.

This bag was a gift for my hubby and it’s bigger than I thought it would be! Plenty of storage to hold his coffee, lunch, headphones, keys, and everything else he needs for work!

Great backpack for work and day trips. The insulated cooler section keeps food and drinks cold, and the laptop compartment fits my 15.6" laptop easily. Comfortable to wear, good storage layout, and the purple colour looks great.

Nice backpack useful for putting in lunch pack also. Very useful for this reason. There are a few pockets which is great for putting large item like laptop or books and small ones like power banks or bluetooth earphones and IDs. Design is well thought of too. Very seldom do I find these bags in the market.

This bag was everything it said it was. I was able to fit my computer and many packs of paper in the back, many pockets to fit medium and small things and the cooler part was fabulous as I fit lunch, snack and a juice to take on the excursion. It saved me taking a lunch box. The backpack was comfortable and great quality. Love it!

This item is not worth the price. No support for the lunch box area your lunch gets squashed.

I really like the usueful designs. Many have complained about the zips that don't last long, they look quite alright but I'll update after sometime of usage. ...Update: after 5 months of daily use, the zips are still ok.
