The whey makes this powder hard to completely stir in, or dissolve quickly in water. Neither hot water nor very cold water makes any of this easier. The easiest is to use a bullet blender, but you have to blend a little bit, open it up to release the pressure that builds up, and then blend again. You can mix this stuff up in a water glass by stirring a lot, and it will dissolve eventually. It's just a lot of work. On the other hand, it's a really cheap, easy, delicious way to get 10 g of protein and refreshing beverage. RECOMMENDED!

Great taste

I use this product for a little protein filler after a peloton ride, or during a workout/sporting event. As a whole, the product is good. I can't give it a 5 star review, because the Fruit Punch and Black Cherry flavors are really not great and leave a very strong aftertaste. However, the glacier freeze flavor is fantastic and tastes just like you're drinking the Gatorade flavor without the powder.The powder can also get clumpy if you're mixing it in a water bottle, so I would recommend using in a shaker cup or something a little wider or with more water to break up the powder more. This is nothing against the product, just something I noticed while using. Overall, I would say if you're considering purchasing the product, buy the Glacier Freeze 30 pack directly.

I recently tried the Gatorade Zero with Protein Powder Packets and I love them! Awful awful! Can’t get past the inability to get it to mix with water! Always ends up with chunks! Even trying a blender did not get to dissolve! Waste of money! Wish I had sent them back!

Ignore all the 1 star reviews. They are by people that do not know what a protein shake is. Before purchasing, I read through a bunch complaining about it not mixing, being too clumpy, etc. This is a protein shake so yes, it will be a little thicker than your typical Gatorade powder when first adding water.Simply use a shaker bottle and it will mix just fine just like any other protein shake. The flavor is fantastic and just like the bottled G Zero Protein drinks, if not better.My local stores stopped carrying it so was excited to see the mixing powder here (and in travel packs, very convenient). It's obviously not the normal 20-30g you find in a protein shake, but these are perfect for adding a bit more protein into your diet for on the go or a beverage with meals. Highly recommend.

I love the Fruit punch flavor, it tastes like Hawaiian Punch from my youth. All flavors are good.. not overly sweet. Makes drinking my water a little easier during the day with the extra shot of protein. A little difficult to mix up.. so I either uses a frother OR ,usually, I just use an old extra tall water bottle, put in a cup of water, pour in powder,, shake til dissolved. and then add more water to taste. I prefer less sweet , so I use a 32 Oz. bottle

It took some trial and error to get right. At first I was disappointed for the reasons other reviews have mentioned: doesn’t fully dissolve, clumpy, too sweet. BUT once I put it in a glass carafe and mixed it with my mini battery whisk I would put it in the fridge and within an hour it would be cold and ALL powder dissolved. I also have figured out how much powder to water I want so that it isn’t too sweet. Once the carafe is empty I make another batch. I’m sad to see I cannot order it any longer. I truly hope it’s not discontinued as I finally found something that works for me. I don’t need a ton of protein but I do need to keep hydrated.
