Easy fix for those who are falling out is to wear a rubber C-Ring and the stitching will wrap under and hold you well! So the pouch will hold you well and being well endowed and have to have room for everything I also wear my C-rings to hold I can tell you this pouch is completely comfortable and stretches to conform and control your movement so you don’t fall out and the band around the pouch feels good and not tight at all and wearing under shorts I had no problem at all. They do show your bulge a little more than normal underwear and you can see the difference in appearance. But all in all these are comfortable and great! Try it today! Remember easy fix for falling out is to wear that C-ring and wrap the stitching underneath and everything will stay in place! I will start by saying over the past year or so I have become a fan of Real Men underwear. Through trial and error with the standard underwear options I am a C-Pouch. Good fit not loose not tight perfect. But with these I found them a little tight I with a C-pouch. So I ordered another pair a a D-Pouch. They fit perfect. It must be how the pouch goes around the scrotum. As a side note I had purchased the same kind of strapless jock from wildmant-t. Fabric was meh and the stitching irritated my scrotum. I just could not wear them. The ones that I purchased from real men are very comfortable . And the price point is better. And with the pouch size options a better way to dial in the fit. I will make note that others have complained that they do stay in place. I have not had that issue. I wear them to the gym and on leg day (squats , leg presses, deadlifts) I have had no issues. I am reasonably endowed with a slightly larger than average scrotum. It is possible for some even if they are well developed but there scrotum is not that large they might slip off . Just a thought. They have been washed and dryer many times and they seam to be holding up well. One last thing. These do move you attributes up front and makes your bulge a little more pronounced. If you are a little modest and do not want to indirectly advertise what god gave you, you may not be comfortable wearing these. I have no problem with that aspect. And my wife does not seam to mind as well.

UPDATE: After some wear and trial and error I found it still hard to keep the genitals in the pouch. Unless you pull it up really high the pouch will slip off and expose everything. It's an interesting piece. First of all it is extremely hard to figure out the pouch size. Instead of comparing the genitals to oranges and baseballs perhaps a measuring option can be provided to ensure the proper pouch size. I did end up getting a larger size in the D pouch (just to be on the save side) and it works. The pieces stay put and the pouch closes behind the sack well enough to keep it in. However I believe that if this is worn during workouts there may be wardrobe malfunctions. I think it is a great support jock, works well for swimwear to avoid lines and works well for normal use. It feels very comfortable and secure. Next time I might go for a C pouch just to see the difference and see how that holds up. Overall I like the idea of the jock strap without the straps since most regular straps on those tend to twist and need constant adjustment.

yeah buddy - sexy AF. I thought there was no way these would work. Had a strapless jock years ago and it was junk. the RM version of today is something entirely different. Nice and comfy and super sexy. Wish there was a white on white and a nude color

If you buy one, go with the correct waist size but go up a pouch size. Super comfortable just make sure the berries hang and don’t shrink up to the body too much or you will slip out.

These are now my favorites. The pouch goes all the way around and keeps everything up out of the way. great for driving or riding a bike.

This is a great option from the traditional jock. Extremely comfortable since there are no straps. I will say the pouch stays nicely cupped around your package. I think if you happen to be small in the sac you may have some problems because it does rely on a fuller hanging set to keep the pouch in place. That said, it would have been great if I could have received the correct size. Replaced twice and still was sent the incorrect size.

If you are well endowed with low hanging testicles, or wearing hardware like scrotum stretcher weights or cockring this “strapless” jock will give you lots of room and an impressive profile. If none of the above apply you’ll have trouble withe pouch slipping out of place. I wish they offered a thong version to help keep the pouch in place for us average Joes when not wearing hardware. Since hardware is my thing, I wear these often. It’s my favorite jock.

It’s a very nice fit super comfortable. Everything stays where it needs to be.

Pero por el momento, me gusta mucho como me queda, te sientes bastante comodo, libre. Debes cubrir con la capucha todo incluyendo tus genitales ya que es de donde se sostiene, no se mueve tan facil, incluso lo que hace es medio levantarte tu paquete haciendote ver ahi mas grande. hace que resalte mas. Lo puedes usar con cualquier tipo de ropa. Si quieren probar algo nuevo se los recomiendo. tal vez sientan un poco raro al principio pero se acostumbran y luego lo van a querer usar mas seguido.

Great feel, the material is very soft and the jock offers good support, the waist size is perfect, the pouch could be bigger, I never know why waist size reflects the pouch size!
