my wife suffered hip & leg pains while sitting in the car for even short drives. We planned a trip from Indianapolis to Florida in January. We purchased this to give it a try. She did not experience any hip nor leg pain during the whole trip.

Cars today have this weird crevasse your lower back falls into, causing pain and that "stuck" feeling. (for crash safety, probably) My body's anatomy prefers an upright flat seating position. The seats in my '24 kia hampstermobile are also heavily side-bolstered too close together and notoriously uncomfy. This provides a comfortable, level surface that enables free movement. 100% recommended for modern uncomfy cars.

I had high hopes for this seat cushion and purchased it for a long road trip. The quality itself was great; the material felt durable, the memory foam was supportive, and the shape was well-designed. It definitely seemed like a well-made product. However, after about an hour of driving, I ended up taking it out. It raised me up higher than I prefer, which made me feel too close to the steering wheel. I personally don’t like sitting close to the wheel, so that was a deal-breaker for me. I truly think this was more of a “me” issue than a product issue. If you prefer sitting a little higher or need that extra lift and support, this could work really well for you. It just wasn’t the right fit for my driving comfort.

Fits comfortably and provides noticeable back support. I, unexpectedly, appreciate the height it provides for me to see better above the steering wheel. I have a Lexus convertible and I’m only 5’3” so everything “sits” low (lol).

My butt slides on it. Gives needed, correct elevation but, I slide down even with jeans on. Frustrating. So I put it as my backrest and bought another for my butt. Working good.

I bought this cushion to solve the problem of a bucket seat that is too deep. My 2017 Hyundai Tucson has very deep bucket seats and this was causing hamstring and piriformis pain (pain in the butt!) on long drives, especially after running or hiking. This cushion fills that space in the back of the seat, raising you up so you're not sinking into that bucket. Yes - you are sitting taller, but that's the point. It is thick enough in the back to fill the gap and tapers to become more narrow so you don't feel like you're sitting on a ledge (no discomfort where the cushion ends.) And the foam is firm enough so that you don't sink (I weigh around 115 on a good day and so far, it does not sink or squish down.) I have only used it so far on shorter drives but I expect this will be great on long road trips too. Highly recommend to solve the bucket seat problem!

Very comfortable, did not move out of place, raised me up high enough so vision was good for driving

The quality and design is good but the length is too short to prevent sciatica pain and hamstring pinching. If it was 5" longer, I think it would work as intended. I gave it a four star review because it does support the lower back in the lumbar region. That did help to alleviate some sciatica pain, running down the back of my leg.

Un excelente producto, compré mi auto recientemente a las pocas semana sentí un dolor en la pierna derecha creí que no tenia el asiento en una buena posición, pero probé varias posiciones del asiento y seguía con el dolor, así que decidí probar con algún cojín y efectivamente me siento muy como manejando, recientemente realice un viaje de 12 hras y no tuve ninguna molestia, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
