Very nice WOD tracker
I have been able to keep my workouts on track with this book. It is simple to use. I like the progression charts for the lifts.

Amazing workout log
Amazing workout log! Great for CrossFitters of all levels! It has sections to log your workouts daily, you can keep track of your best times on Fran, Elizabeth and any of the other famous CrossFit workouts. There are even conversion tables for percentages! There is nothing this book can’t do!

Decent WOD journal
Fast shipping , great book and easy to use. Didn’t receive a pen but it’s no problem since the last time I ordered the book the pen didn’t work. Good way to keep track of your WOD. Found it kind of pricey since other books of the same category are around $10. Fast shipping

Great for tracking Crossfit progress
This book is great! There is a section for tracking progress on weight and reps for most strength exercises. It also has a section for logging the WOD each day along with how you feel after and how well you feel you performed. I also include my fitness tracker info, like average heartrate and calories burned. This book has been very motivating watching my progress. I like it better than the available apps because all of the information is at my fingertips. I feel the apps tracking information is more disjointed.

Looked nicer online
It's a basic notebook but the spiral had already torn in the back a few rings and the pen is super cheap and broke almost immediatly. I would have loved to have an example of what all the lettering at the top stood for.

It has all the details you might need to record including rest and diet, body measurements and lots of rooms for your own wods and event tracking. The ring binding makes it easy to record while stretching or plan while warming up.

Great book must print small though and didn’t arrive with a pen included as described. Would be nice for more workout pages and less wods in the front
