My old ones though still in decent condition the coating was peeling so I dont want that in my food ordered these and they are very nice and also pretty thick so won't buckle in a hot oven whuch my old ones did these are very nice the colour i dont care about but how non stick they are i am and I'm happy these are well made and should last a very long time the baking tin is also tall enough to make an albeit a big lasangne would I recommend these having just washed them to get any oils on them for storage before selling whuch it would say to anyone buying eating trays or baking tins from new should do as alot of makers oil tins to stop rusting in warehouse yes I would recommend these they are very well made and the price is a bargain for sure so if your looking to buy new get these you won't be disappointed.

Great quality and performace when baking.
I try to avoid non-stick cookware as I find it simply doesn't last long enough. I also place a priority on the longevity of what I buy. Plus I find that in most cases, quality stainless steel or enamelled cast iron perform better anyway. The exceptions to the rule though are making scrambled egg, for which I have a dedicated pan, and now baking. After having a right old game trying to make Focaccia in a regular baking pan without it sticking like crazy, I decided to give a non-stick baking pan a go. My sister has one of the smaller sizes, and I was so impressed by it's build quality and performance, that something larger from the "Prestige x" range was the first thing I looked at. It also proved to be the best option I could find. The tin is reassuringly heavy, with a thick gauge of metal used, lending it a sturdiness that reassures me that the tin will last as long as I treat it right. The metal is thick enough that I don't think it will warp from the heat. It really feels solid and good quality. Top marks. The performance is great too. My Focaccia's come out the pan with the upmost of ease, leaving no bits stuck on the pan. There are also no hot spots on the pan, where the bread can overcook. Cleaning is as easy as any other quality non-stick pan. Meaning that it can sometimes cling onto a bit of grease, requiring a little more dish soap to get truly clean. But there's never anything that's baked on, so it takes only a minimum of effort with a soft sponge to wash. As I only use it for baking, I can't say how it would hold up when used as a roasting tin though.

Gorgeous colour, annoying rust in rim!
A beautiful and sturdy set of roasting pan and dish. Absolutely love the blue colour. The only frustrating drawback is the rolled HOLLOW edges with holes that let water in when washing which then rusts. It had rust spots after the FIRST wash when it arrived and before I used it. I've kept it because it's so well made and I love the weight otherwise and am careful to stand it at an angle after washing so it drains and reduces risk of rust. How did the design team not pick this up - don't they read feedback and reviews?! Also, measure your oven, mine is just wide enough to fit the tray! It's large.

Good for baked cheesecake
Got these to upgrade from cheap cake tins. They're good solid quality, lovely colours, pop off clean, and don't leak (need to use a water bath for the recipe) Used for the Junior's cheesecake recipe and worked a treat.
