A bit expensive but it’s really great

I am absolutely thrilled with the Peak Design Mobile Smartphone Tripod/Kickstand, M-Tr-Aa-Bk-1. It's not often that a product exceeds my expectations, but this one certainly has, and hence, I'm giving it a well-deserved 5-star rating. Pros: Design and Build Quality: The first thing that strikes you about this product is its sleek design and robust build quality. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design process. The compact size is perfect for on-the-go use, and it fits comfortably in my pocket. Versatility: This isn't just a tripod; it's also a kickstand. Whether I'm taking time-lapse videos, group photos, or just watching a movie on my phone, this product has me covered. Ease of Use: The setup is straightforward and user-friendly. It's easy to attach and detach my phone, and the stand holds it securely in place. Portability: Its lightweight and compact design make it easy to carry around. High quality tripod. but a bit pricy.

Works perfectly with magsafe phones. Very slim and helpful with all situations. If the legs become lose they can be tighted.

The screw titner was not working And it was slipping

I expected that this stand would lock into the peak design case but it just sticks using a magnet. Actually you don't need a peak design case at all to use your phone with this stand. However, because it only uses magnets to hold the phone, the phone is not very secure. While I was adjusting the stand, my phone fell off and the screen got cracked. It is also not easy to adjust the legs of the stand to make them level. Overall, I think this product is extremely overpriced and not very well designed.

Good product for taking photo and video

This seemed expensive but I'm convinced it's worth it. In the same way 'the best camera is the one you have with you' is a truism, I was keen to get a smartphone tripod that I'd always have with me. This is so small, you can easily leave it attached. It attaches via MagSafe and the friction is decent on my Apple silicone case. When deployed it feels like a proper tripod - solid and stable. There's an included tool for tightening the friction on the ball joint - works very well. I'm using it for FaceTime calls at work and will be doing long exposure photography when out in the hills. No more propping my iPhone on a wall.
