Very protective case! NICE! 😉

Fits my Seagate 8 TB STGY8000400 external hard drive with a spot for the power adapter and USB cable. A perfect fit with minimal movement. Foam padding all around. I wanted something to keep both the hard drive and power brick and this fits the bill!

I bought 2 of these based on the recommendation of my sons. The cases seem pretty good except the zippers seem a bit stiff. I like the fact the disk drive fits snugly into the case with foam rubber which I expect provides good protection (please understand if I do not do a drop test.) These cases are for a pair of Seagate 4TB drives used for weekly backups on my computer & my wife’s computer.

Can't go wrong with these. They're well made and extremely durable. I trust this brand to protect my electronics.

The Ext.HD is of good quality with dense foam sections that hold multiple drives. I have 3 in mine: 2 4T and one 2T so you can see laid next to one another what the external size will be. I use it to store my back up --backups.. What can I say, my photos are important to me. The interior is a large space. Rather than use the placement you see in the product photos, I lay mine between the foam, 2 on the left horizontally and one on the right vertical. The foam is dense and of sufficient size to create a cushion and prevent any movement of the drives inside. I do not take these drives anywhere as they are totally to store the drives. I have smaller ones more the specific size of the drive for those I carry with me. I'm happy with the product as it fits my purpose.

El producto perfecto, pero no puedo imprimir la fra. de compra, lo recibi en el mismo envio que un disco duro. Del disco duro ya tengo la fra. pero de este producto no consigo encontrar donde sacarla, no está disponible.

Case fits the hdd nicely but the cord section could be slightly bigger. You have to detached the prongs prior to storage.

I ordered this after months of scouring for a case for my Seagate Expansion drive. It's a shame protective cases for 3.5" external drives are not as commonplace or abundant as ones for the portable 2.5" drives. Nevertheless, this case is of excellent quality and I no longer have worries of carrying around my HD unprotected.
