I really like using this to clear my sinuses if I feel an illness coming on, or if I've been around the public a lot. It gently cleanses your sinuses with a light hydrogen peroxide solution, cleaning everything out.

Wish I wouldn't have waited so long to purchase this. had a long bout with a restricted left nostril. this stuff works.

This really works! I use peroxide as a mouth rinse and for many other applications, so I know that it is a great sanitizing agent. I tried this spray for a post-nasal drip problem I have had for over 5 years, which made me cough constantly. I was desperate. Within hours I started to experience relief from the coughing. I continued to use it twice a day for a full week and the problem disappeared!!! Omg...such relief!!! Be warned, though - it burns when first sprayed - perhaps because of irritation to the sinuses from constantly blowing my nose, etc. It works!!
