This works great and is easy to clean. the handless on the sides make it a little more stable than others, but not much more. I used something under it when I made the hoagie rolls. I didn't oil it or anything and the rolls popped right out. Great value for the money imo.

This pan is great for regular dough, not low carb dough made with a batter. If trying to bake a batter-made dough, line the pan with parchment paper. This pan cleans up well but make sure to put a toothpick into the holes to get stuck-on dough.

I have used this, and other products from this company and love them. Heats evenly and non-stick. I would definitely buy again.

Just the right product and size to make your own home made buns. Nice quality to last a long time. Air holes on the bottom help for even browning.
