Good product
Works good in my 1998 Mustang GT with mach 460 audio . No complaints install went smoothly and wiring the harness’s together was super easy .to anyone else with a stang if you get it all together and only some of your speakers work, disconnect the (square) black connector from the car harness and flip it 180 so that the pins in the connector are in the right place

Installed in 1995 Mustang GT, without Mach upgrade
It worked perfectly in the Mustang even though Amazon's website says it doesn't fit a 1995 Mustang. The Mustang has a power amp below the CD player which is separate from the Radio and Cassette players. After installation the right side speakers didn't work. I was told by metra that some new head units don't drive the old amps correctly. I tested the amp by putting the old units back in and they did drive the existing amp correctly. I ordered a Metra 70-5513 Radio Wiring Harness for Ford Amplifier Eliminator Plug and removed the wiring plug from the back of the old amp , plugged it in the larger side of the 70-5513, cut off the smaller plug from the 70-5513 (which doesn't fit anything else in the car) and hard wired those 8 speaker wires to the new head unit which bypassed the old amp and every speaker works. If you use the 70-5513 you don't need the square black plug form the 70-5511 that hooks the new head unit to the wires that go to the amp since you are going to bypass it. You just use the rectangular grey plug to connect to the car's existing harness.
