Easy to install and super comfy. I used to get blisters on my feet all the time when wearing heels. These protect my heels and keep the shoe from accidentally slipping off.

I ordered these for a very specific use. My new walking shoes have padding at the top of the heels that hurt my heels. I placed these pads beneath the existing ones to push my feet forward just enough to relieve the pressure. It worked beautifully! I was able to wear my new shoes comfortably and have worn them many miles in the last month. The pads have stayed in place and appear to be in for the long haul. Because they are holding up fine I have not tried to remove them, so I don't know if there will be adhesive left behind.

These a quite thick! Could not use as they made my shoes too tight. If your shoes are a bit too big, these will work well

I bought these with high hopes and I am not at all disappointed! I got some beautiful new heels for Christmas and they were just a tad loose. Loose enough that every step they would slip off my heel. I put these in immediately when I got them and am so happy to say the shoes do not slip any more. 10 hours at work with lots of walking and no issues at all-including no blister from the back of the heel rubbing. I absolutely 10 out of 10 recommend these!

These pads give heel comfort but they thicker than what I normally use. It push my toes forward to the tip of my shoe. Made my shoe too tight.

My daughter wanted these for prom for on Her feet. And she was able to walk in those heels all night, long with no issues no coming back and hurting. They actually gave enough padding underneath there that she felt very comfortable. I totally recommend them as well as she would. Anyone that has issues with the balls of their feet when wearing a type of shoe like that a high heel or even a flat shoe I would recommend these.

I had a new pair of flats that were over priced in my opinion, but comfortable, and after a couple of times wearing them the heel started to slip. I hadn’t bought any heel inserts for years, and these seem like a much nicer, more upgraded version than the old kind used to be. I thought it was two pairs from the picture but it’s actually four pairs, good deal for the price. Love the black color and the stickiness is very strong. The padding is a little bit thicker at the top than the bottom to really help keep your heel in. Very satisfied with this purchase.

These help a lot, but they aren’t removable. They stick to the shoe for life. Good for behind heal or under food padding right after your toes. I was able to wear work heals for the whole day with no pain, but without them I had pain.
