Had issues with low iron as I've entered my late 60's and this stuff helped a lot. Slow-release, no stomach upset...just great

These pills help me stay within my normal iron range. They do cause constipation. Please use with a stool softener. I take one and along with in I take one stool softener in the morning and one before bed. Even if I drink enough water and eat a high fiber diet.
