I can't thank this product enough. It's very effective on new piercing healing and also sometimes hair gets twisted around earring and it swells but spraying on cotton and keeping on the earring for couple of times during the day it heals next day and it's like miracle.

I've been really patient with my left earlobe piercing which has been dealing with an irritation bump. I've tried the LITHA approach, medicated cotton swabs, anti-inflammatory oils, hydrocortisone (as prescribed by my dermatologist), and of course - saline solution, which many threads echo being the only safe solution for irritation bump. It's been 1.5 weeks and this has been the only thing that has improved the feel and look of my irritation bump. Apparently, it's used in many surgical contexts as a safe and effective way to clean wounds. My piercing can still get sore if i accidentally put pressure on it, but it produces less discharge and feels less tender now than ever before. This is some promising stuff! GET IT - ignore all others who say saline sprays are the only way to go. I'm confident I would have had healed earlobes by now if i would have started with this years ago.

Good solution. It doesn’t burn or irritate the skin. Yes it does smell like bleach but then it goes away within a few minutes.

Really good, does its job very well. It is same brand that the store where I got my eaes pierced gave me and it was so useful. The spray makes it easy to use and given the shelf life of the product, the size is appropriate

This is the best for piercing your baby's and after for cleaning smells kind of like Clorox but it's not. Just a very good medical sterilize smell I guess. And it cleans her earings good and inside her ears too

I have old earlobe piercings. One lobe was done badly and gets inflamed if I wear earrings too often to the point where I sometimes can’t get an earring in at all. This solution works well and clears up my problem in a day or two. I was hesitant because it’s basically just salt but I followed the directions and I’ll continue to use it. If your piercing sounds like mine I highly recommend you try this.
