Assembled Perfectly, Very Happy With Purchase
The frame assembled easily. I used the kitchen counter to help assemble it squarely. By pushing down on it from both sides, one at a time, the pieces seated perfectly. Some push pins went in easily. Others I had to use the handle of the kitchen scissors to GENTLY hammer in. I imagine the people complaining they bent hammered them too hard. The frame is lightweight but plenty sturdy to do the job. The canvas was tight and stretched nicely. The only problem was the canvas printed on the cruise ship didn’t have any “bleed” (that’s what we call it in the printing industry). You have to have the frame perfectly centered where the photo is, otherwise white shows on the front. I didn’t get it perfect top to bottom so I purchased a frame to put it in. I hope the frame covers up the white. For this reason, I didn’t install the hardware to hang the canvas that came with this kit. I’m happy with my purchase. I bought one as a test and now I’ll buy two more.

Great Choice
Very easy to assemble and creates instant pop for canvas prints. Would definitely order again. Reasonable price.

Check your canvas size in cm and inches!
The quality of the wood is passable and it assembled without much bother. My issue was my painting was sized at 40x50 cm or 16x20 inches. I ordered the frame in 16x20 and it did not fit correctly. Note to self: order frames in cm not inches. I had to return.

Easy to put together.
The frame is lovely. It came with clear directions and all the hardware I needed. The maker was kind enough to leave his card so I could text him if I needed help. This was for a painting done on a flat canvas not on a stretched canvas.

Cheap Canvas Stretcher Bars - Gets the job done
I liked that it was cheaper given how expensive other stretcher bars were on amazon for individual pieces. I used these for my art class to stretch a 20 x 28 canvas which was sturdy enough to use with a staple gun. My teacher was worried they were going to break since they were so thin compared to the ones other students were using, but it worked out in the end. The only issue that I have encounterd with these stretcher bars is that they seem to have very mild wood splitting near the edges. They still fit together nicely despite this, but I will say that they don't have the highest quality wood. I didn't need the middle piece but may it will come in handy.

Poor quality
Put off putting it together and missed the return window or I would’ve returned. Poor quality pieces as they are not cut to spec. I’m unable to fit the pieces together due to uneven alignment and improper size in the connecting sections.

Difficult to use

I ordered a size too big so I couldn’t wrap my canvas around it. Ended up attaching the canvas to the back and using it as just a raw frame. Still very happy with how it turned out. Easy to assemble.
