This book is generally satisfactory. It primarily focuses on Rodrick and his bandmates, with Greg taking a more secondary role. His presence is sparse, and at times, I was caught off guard by his appearances, as I had momentarily 'forgotten' about him. While the book does contain humor, it seems to lack the distinct comedic charm that is typically prevalent in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. Despite this, there are still moments of hilarity throughout the story. The book was still quite engaging. While I generally prefer Greg Heffley as the central character, it was refreshing to see the same protagonist with a different primary focus. Like all Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, this one features compelling plot twists and multiple climaxes. Despite a few minor critiques, I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and highly recommend this to you.
