Small, light strong , reliable Holds my monitor and doesn't slip orr break. Spend the money on this rather than waste it on a ball head for £5. Worth in the long run.

Upgraded my original rating to 5/5 because it's proven so useful. It goes on an iPhone video rig, and an iPhone DSLR style camera grip. Also used it a couple of times with GoPros. It's a solidly made piece that stays where you put it and it does the job, without being fiddly or taking up unnecessary space. Nice.

This works very well. My only gripe is that it's a bit stiff to tilt up and down depending on the weight of the light on top. very easy to mount and install on top of your existing camera Cold shoe.

Great addition to the vlogging set up. Works great with my joby light and small rig camera cage.

Nicely built, small but it ONLY tils. No panning at all.

The tilting mount mechanism is so stiff that it makes it unusable. Even slackening off the two small hex bolts makes no difference to the tilting.

The product turned up, but the tilt function does not work due to the Allen key holes being rounded out so cannot tilt the product etc

The adapter is well built, feels solid and does the job - fixes a Joby Beamo underneath an RX100 which doesn't have a hot shoe. It's tiltable but here's the issue. The mechanism is locked & unlocked with an Allen key but they don't ship it with the key. They don't even tell you what size Allen key is needed. I happened to find an Allen key, used to adjust a Bug-A-Salt laser sight, so I'm ok but others might have to buy the necessary key just to get it to do what it's sold to do, tilt.
