A friend recommended this product to me. Certain sounds tend to cause a little anxiety for me but this sound machine is relaxing. As you can adjust the volume/speed and the nightlight built in is handy. I have one in each bedroom and take one on vacations.

I'm unable to sleep in total silence so this does wonder for me when I don't wanna have a fan on. It makes quiet and gentle noises and I usually sleep afterwards.
