I love it , easy to use and has held up well, no pinching or pulling

This was perfect for what I needed. The only 2 things I wish could be better- the battery only lasted I think about 1-1.5 hrs (give or take maybe 20 min) & 2- it doesn’t do a clean shave, which is fine but personally I like a clean shave. Other than than the width is a little smaller than I should’ve gotten, but that’s just my needs. The missing star for the review was due to battery life mostly. Everything else I can easily deal with. Just hate having to charge it in the middle/near the end of the process. Otherwise it’s a good product that works like it’s suppose to.

Works great easy to handle

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband. After I originally bought him a Manscaper a couple of years ago, and was ripped off for over a hundred bucks because the company would not replace their non-waterproof product. After reviewing and watching videos, I decided this has to be the one! The 7000 RPM was powerful enough to help prevent knicks and snagging of the jewels. I hoped this would be the last shaver I would have to read about and research. It came with two different heads, one was sideways and the other was common shaver head. Actually, the sideway head was a big reason to purchase this product. Because it would make shaving easier at times, and having the option to switch was a bonus. My husband was very excited when he saw he finally had a new shaver to trim up his area he had growing. And he immediately used the shaver, because it was charged when it arrived. It may not have been fully charged, but enough for him to use. The first use there were no knicks, no blood, just nice smooth area. He did have to go over a couple areas more than normal, but this may have been due to the lack of trimming he had, and it needed a couple swipes to get through that mess. But the first use was no complaints and worked wonderful. But, unfortunately, this product disappointed us at the second go around. The sideways head fell off into pieces after turning it on. I was able to realign the razor blades and connect it back on, but it just fell off again as soon as power was turned on. The piece that makes the blades move seemed stuck, and not wanting to work correctly. It had a louder noise than before. I am waiting on a replacement product, so if this one works and continues with no issues, I will update my review to let it be known. But as of now, I am not pleased, especially after one use and it breaks!

I thought I was bad at shaving until I used this product. It didn't knick me whatsoever. The stand is very nice with night light and it charges the device. You can also use the charger directly into the razor. To difference razor heads, along with a plethora of attachments for both, with nice little travel bag to go with it. Its definitely a great all purpose razor. The customer service was amazing. I ran into some issues (probably because I was too tired too figure out a simple task when first plugging it up), but I called the number and he was very patient and humble over the phone. He was able to resolve my issue and made sure I was left satisfied. Would definitely recommend and buy as a gift. Couldn't have asked for a better product, and couldn't have asked for a better price. Product is great and the seller is a great guy.

This thing catches on my hair, not very good quality.

I regret not buying this sooner. I was on the fence about buying this for over a month, going back and forth between a few other trimmers, even bought the Manscaped 2.0 (which is not anywhere near as good in terms of trimming power and overall quality, Manscaped doesn’t compare!) which I returned because it was a fairly weak trimmer compared to Ballsy, and not to mention gimmicky with its LED light that actually made trimming more difficult. This trimmer was surprisingly a lot more powerful than I expected and simultaneously very safe which made me wonder what I was so hesitant about buying this to begin with. It was probably the price as it’s not cheap but boy does it do a great job trimming your man regions. It gets very close to the skin which only using a razor would get any closer, so all things considered this gives you a very clean, close shave, and does it quickly! I bought this on Black Friday for half off, but knowing how well this trimmer performs wouldn’t hesitate buying at full price as it’s hands down one of the best, if not the best overall trimmer for trimming man hair.
