I've been using these for a year or two now. They are gentle and dependable. What I really like about them, as opposed to other pills, is that they are scored in the middle so it is easy to break them in half if I want to take more or less.

Great product took a few hours too work. I take 2 daily now. I used to take dulcolax but wasn't working well anymore. So found this and it works. Always suffered from conspation issues all my life. This a great product would recommend and buy again.

Excellent - Highly Recommend - Gentle Alternative
These laxatives are more gentle than Dulcolax or even the Prunelax that are the small red pills. The smaller pills work like jet powered chemical pills that burn the rectum and make having bowel movements very unenjoyable. These tablets are more gentle and feel much more natural than the little pills from Dulcolax and Prunelax. I take between one half to one full tablet with all meals. Initially, try one half and see how it works. They easily cut in half because they have an indentation in the middle. Just hold the pill and both sides and pull down. They will split in half. Make sure you buy the tablet sized brown pills and not the small red ones. I also like these so much better than the purple box Prunelax. The only way to know which one works for you is to try them. I hope you try these and they work out well for you. Highly Recommend!!
