Shipped fast and was really well packaged for shippment! Application was super simple and easy with standard roller and a broom handle attached. Followed the directions exactly and had zero issues on colored concrete pavers. Previous owner had slacked on sealing before us so the first coat that I liberally rolled on got soaked in quickly. Pic attached is that 1st coat after 24hrs. Due to the overly dried out pavers, coverage was lower than described. I got about 1300sqft single coat which is inline of their estimates. The second coat does cover better so staying on top of reapplications every 2-4 years should be easier and more cost effective. It really does improve the look of the pavers although you will see alot more white stone spots after due to where the paver color has worn off over the years. But still better looking by far! I did test a secind coat in spots which was also zero issues but not as transforming. But when it rained a few days later it was noticeable how the water beaded better. I experiance none of the cloudy, white, or yellow issues that any of the neg reviews list. And this was done in South West Florida with a SW facing driveway! I did reapply polymetric sand to all the paver joints prior with some joints at the street and side walk being 1". The polymetric sand was preset with water mist 2 days prior and with sealer it became very hard which is perfect! I have already ordered a second 5 gallons to complete a second coat without any hesitation and would highly recomend!

Excellent product. The product went on very easily with a roller. I added the no slip grit as this was to seal some pavers near my pool. I had about 700sq. ft. and 5 gallons was just enough. The first coat went on in about 2 hours with a large roller. The second coat I used a sprayer so that I could get into the crevices between the pavers. It looks stunning! I started the project 2 weeks earlier by removing the effloresence on the pavers and cleaning them with a pressure washer. The first day of a 4 day good weather pattern I started by using my leaf blower to blow off the pine needles and dust, then, after mixing the grit, I started laying it on with the roller. The first few strokes of the roller I had too much product on the roller. After an adjustment I rolled small areas about 4ft. square and overlapped all sides. In two hours I completed the full coat but noticed that some of the seams between the pavers had not been covered. The second coat I used a sprayer without the grit. I hit the seams and lightly coated the surface. The final look is great and the product directions really helped with cleanup. I would recommend this product but it took more than I expected to finish the job. I ordered more as I have two more areas of pavers to seal and may decide to lay a thin final coat on the big pavers. All in all I expect that I will use 10 gallons for about 1300 sq. ft. of pavers.

This AR350 sealer made an amazing difference in the appearance of our molded concrete pavers. I ended up putting three coats on because these are relatively porous pavers. After just the first coat the difference in appearance was astounding. It slightly darkens the paver overall and really enhances whatever colors are on them. Furthermore this product is easy to apply. Just follow the directions. As I wrote the paver's appearance was remarkably better with just one coat however no wet look was there. After the second coat the colors really popped but again no wet look. After the third coat we had it all - gorgeous pavers and the wet look. Your mileage may vary and three coats may not be needed. This product is very easy to work with. I applied it with 18" Purdy roller sleeves with 3/8" nap. Purdy rollers do in fact do a better job and yes, they are expensive. If you want to economize use a Purdy roller to apply the first coat and then switch to a less expensive alternative for subsequent coat(s). If applying the product by roller DO NOT OVER APPLY THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCT YOU'RE PUTTING DOWN. Thin coats are much better than thick coats. I used around four gallons to seal 308 sq. ft. My pavers literally drank the AR350 when I applied the first coat because of their porosity. Coats two and three required much less product per coat. I called their tech support and followed their advice for surface prep. We scrubbed the entire surface with an eco friendly industrial strength cleaner then rinsed three times. I let the surface dry for thirty six hours before applying the sealer. Clean up was nonexistent. I used each roller only once. I have never successfully cleaned roller sleeves to where they were as soft as new. Let me be clear - I am an amateur at concrete finishing who happened to have produced spectacularly good results. I simply read all of the information on AR350 and followed the advice of their tech support. I did a lot of research beforehand and found that AR350 was the top product on many of the lists produced by professional concrete finishing/refinishing experts. Would I recommend this product to others? You betcha. Two final things. I don't work for the company that produces AR350 nor was I offered any inducement to write this review. Second, they will send you a sample quantity of AR350 to try. I don't know if there is a charge for this or not. I was convinced ahead of time that this was the product I wanted so initially i ordered one gallon. Don't do that. Get the sample. AR350 is LOTS more expensive in one gallon containers.

I had a 30' x 40' garage built and the concrete floor was continually dusty. I had considered painting or epoxy but the cost was prohibitive. I used the Foundation Armor as directed. I used a roller and it went on easy. The first coat soaked into the surface well. I let it dry for 24 hours and reapplied. The second coat covered great. It left a smooth finish and the overlap marks blended well. It left a tough hard finish after a couple days that has been resistant to scratches. I have moved in tools and equipment and haven't noticed any scratches on the floor. Oil wipes right off the surface. The concrete dust problem has been eliminated. It is easy to sweep and keep clean. Water beads up and is easy to squeegee away. The difference between the treated and untreated floor in the photo is obvious. It is a powerful product with a lot of solvents in it. You need a lot of fresh air during application. I would recommend a respirator. The only down side is it has taken nearly a month for the solvent smell to disappear. I expected this when I bought the solvent based version. I went with this product because I don't trust water based coatings.
