Relay coil makes buzzing sound
Compare with my old OEM 25+ yeas HVAC relay (still working OK, connectors a little worn out). New relay coil has 17 Ohms resistance and when it energized it draws 0.25 Amps and makes buzzing sound (I do not know if it is normal for AC voltage). Old one has a bigger coil 8 Ohms resistance, draws 0.5 Amps and it is quiet. Mount is the same, still working (one week), it is inexpensive just have one sparer. Notes, most thermostats can handle up to 1 Amps load.

Drop-in replacement, easy install, cold home
Imagine my horror when returning from work late on a July evening and finding my home AC blowing nonstop hot air again (like my ex-wife). I've kept this thing limping along for years (my AC unit, not my ex-wife), Frankensteining the system to the near reaches of the Ship of Theseus paradox... but alas, a new symptom to Google. Troubleshooting suggested it may be the contactor. If it were a more expensive part, I would have thought twice before ordering a replacement without confirmation. But at this price? Buy it, ship it, no second thoughts. It was home the next morning before 8am. I had it installed in no time and was only moderately late for work. Easy drop-in replacement for a Siemens Catalog # 45EG10AJA690R / CONT1P030024V. Shut off the breaker, exchange the clips 1 by 1, screw in the mains, bolt to the unit, re-electrify the breaker. Done & done. Biggest pain was the mosquito bites on my ankles. Got home tonight thrilled to find the unit has been blowing cold and cycling perfectly all day. From surprise breakdown to complete fixed again in ~12 hours.

Fantastic
Works as expected. Two different HVAC contractors were both quoting over $500 minimum to replace this 1-2 months out (because it was summer) so I opted to do it myself. I had to crimp some new connections, but otherwise it was almost a drop in replacement and was a 10 min fix that has lasted years. Easy and inexpensive
