TOOLIOM E71T-GS .030" Diameter 2-Pound Spool Flux Core Self-shielded Carbon Steel MIG Welding Wire

This is a great quality item it's very useful in different applications a 8 year old male or female can weld with this wire on any hobby that a parent takes time out for to guide them through safety first.

This stuff is great. Used it in a Lincoln Weldpack HD flux core welder. It worked great. I used it on 18 gauge 409 stainless and it worked perfectly on a slip joint weld. It likes to run a lot of voltage. The Lincoln weldpack is basic and I think it's only 17 volts. I ran in the " High " and " 2 " settings with a wire feed of " 9 " . Move not too slow but not too fast. Almost no spatter. The welds won't look pretty, kind of like rope but in a fluxcore with no gas it welded great.

I bought this because it had good reviews, and it looks like it came out of the same factory as the well-reviewed Yeswelder wire, at a slightly lower cost. I have to say, this welds very similar to the Yeswelder, if not better. It seems to me that there is even less splatter, practically none when your settings are right and you are in the zone.

Wanted something "cheap" for couple projects. This appeared to fit the bill. I am impressed so far - running smoother and spattering less than other budget wire I've used. For instance, had the latest ... Harbor fright [sic] wire was on my miller before this and it spattered far more, stuttered more, and did not weld run smooth as this. It also costs about 50-70% more when I priced it this time!!! So far no birds-nests either!! This is a winner for me in the budget category!

Great wire. Runs through the welder smooth and sounds crisp when burning. Produces nice strong welds with minimal slag splatter.
