This thing is so much fun for the kids! We had to buy a second one because they kept fighting over who gets to use it. We have had this for over a year and the kids have beat it up, took it outside, let it get wet and it still shoots just like the day we bought, superb quality! The nerf darts do not hurt so it is safe for all kids! It is a good size and it looks just like a Minecraft hammer, very cute!

My son loves this hammer he’s constantly asking everyone to play Minecraft with him love the fact that it has impact resistant sides so that if he gets carried away during play that it won’t cause damage to the hammer itself loves the fact that it shoots three nerf darts from the head of the hammer

As advertised! Shoots hard do make sure you aren't close when getting shot at.

This is a great toy. I love the newer darts they have, though it would be nice if the older darts worked in this one as well (that's why 4 instead of 5 stars). My son loved it when he got it and still uses it months later, though mostly just for the sword part and less for the darts. I like that the outer edge is soft, so when he does use it like a sword it's not breaking or hurting anything. The pullback for the dart to shoot was easier than a lot of nerf items, even my youngest was able to test it out.

WE (mom and dad) even enjoy this thing! It has a really strong launch to it. We have always known NERF to be a great brand but we also know trying new styles can alter the aspects that make it great. This sword launcher is NOT the case and we are so glad. We was really hoping it wasn't another weak shooter that doesn't knock cans down or whatever target we have built. This one is powerful even our 7 year old is able to launch as well as our 3 year old. Its simple to launch and really makes an impact
