I normally don't use books for college classes that much but I actually used this book and probably learned more from this than the professor. The info in it is ridiculously dry though so it doubles as a sleep aid.

Not bad, but not necessarily great.
Pros: - Emphasis on coding examples - Emphasis on practical scenarios - Good coverage on MatLab commands, even the more esoteric ones Cons: - The style of the coding examples is a little extravagant and hard to follow at times - Sometimes the examples were all too similar and weren't too applicable to assigned coding problems. - I wish there were more guided examples to help supplement my knowledge.
