I have been taking this product for about a month the first week I didn’t notice a difference but after the second…. WOW!!! I’m in my second year of an engineering major and this has my mind so clear. I’m waking up earlier and not as distracted. I will defiantly be ordering again!

I have no problems with my memory however I like to prevent things from happening I took the capsules twice a day as instructed I had a tension headache everyday I took them.Today I stopped taking them and I feel better.Did not work for me.

I love this stuff. I’m almost 80 years old and now I’m remembering forgotten names and faces from my early childhood to the present….

I admit that it can be hard for me to measure performance with these types of supplements. But, that said, I experienced no bad effects from taking these supplements. I often felt when I was taking them that I had a measure of mental clarity that has not been characteristic of me for years since I developed sleep difficulties. If you're not getting sufficient sleep, taking these supplements won't make that much of a difference with your mental clarity, in my opinion. I think you're getting a more well rounded array of herbals and such for overall brain health and vitality.I don't see any spectacular results from a week of using this except for strong focus and concentration. I didn't have any adverse reactions to this supplement and I like its benefits.
