I am not sure how I survived without this thing! I have owned a standard “hammer” tenderizer and got rid of it because it never worked like I wanted. Enter this little device. It cleans easily, works smoothly and does an excellent job of tenderizing without just tearing up the meat. I used this on some HUGE chicken breasts I got and it worked well to help them cook evenly and much faster than I anticipated. With meat prices the way they are, I will now be able to save with some cheaper cuts without dealing with difficult cutting and chewing. I look forward to using this to help with marinades as well.
