It has no flavor taste, so it blends well with ur pre workout or EAAs whatever I like. It is absorbed really fast that it doesn’t stay in ur stomach for too long, while it charges ur energy slowly so you don’t have suddenly increasing blood sugar

Great product

I've tried other brands of Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin powder (which is all I'm talking about here), and this is the purest, "cleanest" among them. I use it for ultra marathon training and recovery, and add my own electrolytes as needed. That way, I have a much greater variety of flavor options, and can pick exactly what I like. And after a number of bags of this True Nutrition, I can say it works flawlessly for me. No GI issues, and no lingering aftertaste. It gives me the carbs I need, and that's it. Note, however, that while the True Nutrition seems like the least expensive cyclic dextrin, adding your own electrolytes adds to the cost, so it may not actually end up being cheaper.

so after a couple weeks of using this product intra workout I can definitely say this is a solid value for the money. I was initially a little upset when it arrived because when I received the product the bag had popped open a little and some of the powder was in the box. although this was definitely a little disappointing, I did really want this to be a positive experience so I tried it anyway. it is easily mixed in a shaker cup. it dissolves well as long as you shake it thoroughly. the taste is great because it literally has none. you can mix it with water and not even know it’s there. or mix it with a scoop or pre or protein and again be none the wiser. the carbs digest fast wich is great for getting the energy you need fast to keep up the workout intensity (my goal), and easily enough to where it won’t effect you’re stomach at all (important). it also enhances you’re pump considerably wich again is why I wanted a intra workout carb. all in all I wanted a high quality clean product without all the mark up of other bigger brands with the same product claiming that it’s special or something that’s it’s not and just being upfront with what it really is. although you can probably get similar results eating some kind of fast digesting carb before or during a workout, it definitely fit the bill for what I was looking for and is now a staple in my nutrition regime and a effective ally in my journey to higher fitness levels.

Keeps me fueled during my weight training sessions .

I'm not rich enough to afford this. For $25 you get 2 weeks worth, for 1 person. And you're supposed to use it every hard workout. I workout hard every day, so that'd be $50 a month just for this one supplement. Uh... I can just have 3 pieces of browned toast and get the exact same 34g of Dextrin, and eh... yeah.. I can get 90 pieces of toast for about $9, whereas this would cost me $50 a month. Nah.... Appreciate that it exists, just did not realize how pricey it was for the amount you actually get, I should have read the label more before ordering, I'm sure it's an amazing product but 3 pieces of toast and some milk and I'm all good for 1/4 the price!
