So if ur taking any multivitamin or more supplements like calcium, D3, K2 etc nd then ur consuming this also then it does will give u mental effects like more energy but if u dnt use that energy in a positive way then it is of no use, also i think this products is good if u take it in small dose like 1 tablet a day of ur in ur early 20s or dont have low testosterone

The product is just Fabulous, It provides very nice stamina and has many health benefits, I started to notice the changes in my body only after 3 4 days, It doesn't have any odd type of smell and tastes very good too.

2 months review 1- Major hair loss...hair gets thin and and washing hair break easily 2- Sleep deprivation...I rarely sleep more than 4 hours per night for past 40 days.. 3- I've gained 1.2kg of muscle mass but I'll say it's not worth at all
