TotalEnergies Quartz 8000 NFC 5W-30 ACEA A5/B5, API SL/CF Fully Synthetic| Engine Oil for Cars (5L)

Product- Total energies 8000 5w-30 A5/B5. This is the only engine oil brand thats providing ACEA A5/B5 rated oil in 5w-30 category. The service manual of my car recommended ACEA A5/B5 rated under 5w-30 category. Its really difficult to find A5/B5 rated oil these days. Im happy with the product. 5 star. As of now, its my first time using this brand, so cant say much about performance, noise and mileage. Will update two three months later.

This oil 8000 of Total company is very good, it is a specially made A5 B5 oil which is specially used in Baleno diesel, like everyone else, everyone else is poured into it which is not right, later the diesel engine makes noise, and reduces the mileage, but by pouring this oil you will feel that the noise of your Baleno diesel car engine has reduced and the mileage has increased. In comparison, if you want to pour oil in your Swift and Swift Dzire, then you can use Total company's 9000 5W 40 oil A3 B4, it is good for them.

I own Ford Ecosport Titanium S Diesel. It has a specified engine oil grade ( ACEA A5/B5, WSS-M2C913-D) and in market only two brands are available (Total and Mobil) matching that. Some 7-8 months back my vehicle was out of warranty so i insisted service centre that i will bring my own engine oil for which they agreed. Now this is the third consecutive time i am using this oil and i can feel the difference. The thing is service centre generally use semi mineral or mineral oil which i feel is not bad but if you really care for your vehicle you should go for fully synthetic engine oil. Pros- : Engine feel smooth even when it cold start (which generally felt bit harsh untill engine heats up) : Engine noise reduced as compared to previous oil (filled by service centre) : Engine felt more punchy when you floor the accelerator : Milage improved a bit not a drastic change but yes you can see that : Almost negligible sludge buildup inside engine (Saw myself while oil change process) Cons : Not have option to buy from some other website or platform as either unavailable or costly Now i am sorted in terms of engine oil and health of my vehicles engine.

I have done engine oil change twice with this. It specifically meets/exceeds ford 1.4TDCi recommendation and has been very good. It is clearly marked for stop and go and city traffic kind of usage. would buy again for future requirements as well. the fuel efficiency has been positively impacted after this oil change. engine noise is same as before. It would have been really good to have it in a 1 gallon pack (3.8ltrs). received untampered and new stock. great seller as well
