Insufficient packaging…
Love the cookies but the shipping packaging is insufficient. As you would expect when shipping fragile cookies with only a paper envelope around them, there were broken pieces. Geez. I would expect the person packing the orders to pay closer attention to what they are shipping - these weren’t cheap either! I ordered 2 trays and the 2nd one had zero packaging, just a shipping label stuck on the cookies!! This was slightly better than that but still unacceptable.
