These are great shirts, comfortable, a good weight, and the sleeves are good and long, as is the body. I do not wear these under scrubs, but as normal wear under various other sweaters, jackets, shirts, or by themselves. A large is about a US 'normal' size 12-14 without being too tight.

Super comfortable! Not too loose or too tight. Sleeves stay up when pushed back. I wear them to work and home. Extremely well made and colors are just as shown.
