The bulb no come on when the fan is spinning fast... Bad bulb? bad motor? Just an incomplete working kit for fun... The best part... no instructions but its straightforward and doesn't work..

Great for science fair projects!
We bought this for a science fair project on wind energy. It was delivered very quickly. The products were in tact and were made of good materials. The product worked efficiently and had no flaws. Would recommend.
