Very strong and light
This piece of luggage is extremely light in weight but very strong. I travel frequently and using this since a long time but it never had any fault or issue

Broken lock
After a few travel trips the lock broke. I dont know how to claim the 3 year warranty for the lock.

I cannot open the suitcase
The default code 000 does not open the bag. So it is delivered, but I cannot open it. What shall I do?

サムソナイトのコスモライトを買おうと思っておりましたが、1年前に買った機内持ち込みできるサイズのコスモライトの伸縮ハンドルが伸縮しなくなって壊れてしまい、こんなにすぐに壊れては困るのでこちらに変更しました。 こちらは中にポケットも程よく分けられており思ったより使いやすく、容量も多く積み込めるので使い勝手が良いのですが、重量オーバーに気を付けたいと思います。
