This is a great simple label printer. I’m not a big operation so I’m only using it to print one label at a time, so I can’t say how it would work for someone using it constantly. The instructions say it can overheat and need to cool down, but I think that can happen to all electronics.It prints the labels quickly, I haven’t had issues with jamming, it’s not ridiculously loud, and it’s pretty easy to set up and use. I would definitely recommend this for someone with a small business who wants an affordable but still aesthetically pleasing option.

So my original review I had given it 3 stars because the printer 🖨️ was not working as it should. It kept printing them not printing which was aggravating. I did everything correctly on my end yet I was still having problems. I was going to return it but of course I was 4 days past the cut off to return the product back to Amazon. My only hope was to directly contact the company which I did. The gentleman that I spoke to was very sympathetic to my situation and understand my concern. He sent an email to their tech department which in return got back to me the next day. They asked for a video of what it was doing. After reviewing it, they kindly sent me out a whole new printer at no cost. I’m glad to say so far so good. Th printer is working. Thank you for going the distance to making things right and standing by your product. I would definitely purchase other products from this company. 😊👍🏻

I wanted something to invest in for my small art business and searched everywhere for a low budget printer. This is my first thermal printer, very easy to use and everything arrived intact and very well packaged. Compatible with my iphone through their app "Labelife," I was able to connect via Bluetooth right away. I appreciated how simple it was to insert and secure paper for printing. Prints in literally in under two seconds!The best part is not having to worry about buying ink since it's a thermal printer. I'm also happy about how compact this printer is (my desk area is already very crowded). If you want a printer that works well right out of the box, is easy to set up, and connects to your phone immediately, I definitely recommend this printer. This has been helpful for printing shipping labels for my small art business, and is a great price for what you get.

This doesn’t use the same app as their other printers which is why I bought it. But, the app was easy enough to figure out. Prints well and simple enough to load and figure out.

I bought this for my small business. I used it once and it was perfect. Stopped working after that!! I contacted support, they had me take videos, pictures, and send me instructions to do some upgrade online. Did that to no avail. They shipped a replacement. Same issue - I did everything over again…videos, pics, upgrade. NOTHING. They basically said sorry but you’re stuck with it and we aren’t refunding you. I’ll be reaching out to Amazon. They shouldn’t sell this product on their site especially with the AWFUL service.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a very cute with the perfect size. It’s incredibly fast and I love being able to customize my own labels on the app. I just wished that some labels/ rolls were included but otherwise for the price it’s great!

This is an essential item for anybody doing much fulfillment on Ebay or any other e-commerce platform where you are shipping items. One of my better purchases.

I'm sooo glad I purchased this. I create and sell books and initially I was printing the labels, cutting them out and taping them to the package. It was time-consuming and it caused me to use more paper and tape. Using the label maker is a tremendous help. It looks more professional and I can use it to print other items too. If you have to print labels, you need this.
