superb bike

Used and not new condition
This bike arrived without a box and had multiple scratches all over it. It looked to be in used condition and not new. Replacement is ordered.

Not great
The bicycle was delivered with a broken rear light, and the wicker basket is of poor quality as it is dry and breaks at the slightest touch.

Perfect bike!
Best bike I could find. Very comfortable and easy to ride. It comes with gears and a cute basket. They came and unpacked it, leaving it in perfect conditions.

Screws don’t fit the bike basket
The screws provided to attach the basket do not fit the bike. They are smaller than the size needed, so it’s impossible to secure the basket properly. This means that you either have to buy a different bike where the screws and parts match, or decide to keep the bike without the basket. Very disappointing, as everything else seemed fine, but this detail makes the product unusable as intended.

Great bike, but quality could have been better
We liked a lot how the bike is designed and manufactured. However, during thee assembly one of the bolt got broken (lots its head) - as the quality of the metal was low... Hope the rest are fine

Nice bike!! Easy assembly and a comfortable ride. The components are good and the bike is built well.

The bike is nice but it Take very long before it arrive and the basket is not included compared to the picture. I got lazy to return the item for the basket because it already took long to get it.

In contrary to many customer reviews reporting missing parts, no basket etc etc ... I am happy to report that I have received today a FULL package of the whole SPARTAN Bike in perfect shape and without anything missing. Beside the package cobtaining ALL parts of the bike, i got also a second package that includes the metal chrome basket as well as the vintage woven basket. In summary: EXCELLENT service by AMAZON and the Seller for a bike that was even offered for a very good price and delivered only within 2 days (Saudi National Holday included). That is, i would say, OUTSTANDING !!! Thank you Amazon, thank you SPARTAN :):):)

Bicycle reflector was broken?!!!

Bicycle replaced after first bicycle was dented, scratched and had parts missing. However again no basket, and only a part of the frame for the basket arrived. The box for the bicycle could not fit the basket in, so there must be a second box that isn’t being sent with the bicycle.
