This rubber eye cup is exactly what you need if you use the electronic viewfinder to compose or review your images. It does an excellent job of blocking out the stray light coming from the side. Especially useful for eyeglass wearers, but even better if you don't need glasses, as this cups your eyes perfectly, blocking out all stray light. This eyecup fit my Olympus E-M5 MkIII perfectly and seems to attach tightly, unlike some others who said is was not so secure. There are only two minor issues: (1) When wearing glasses, I can just barely see the entire viewfinder, as the eyecup extends out enough to push your eyes back another few millimetres. (2) The rubber really smells. Hopefully this smell will go away soon.
