I like the weight and construction. Materials are quality. My hand is a little large where this handle is a little smaller, so the grip is not ideal, but the product is still highly functional.

Quality sturdy sharp points heavy ..I bought the tiny bouls from this brand and fell in love . Will be buy all his kitchen utensils..1 by 1.. I recomend this don't look at price but Quality..value for your money..

I just ordered my second long fork in time for Thanskgiving. Babish has GREAT quality products. Nice heavy handles and high quality steel. No rust like so many others I have had - even when I left it soaking overnight. Highly recommend this product and really any Babish products.

This is a precision instrument. I you take pride in the steaks you prepare, why not serve them with that same pride and use a carving fork that is worthy of a beautifully cooked steak. Of course you need an excellent carving knife to go along with it. I love my Babish carving fork! It is so perfectly balanced, it makes slicing your steak for your guest a pleasure. They will not only be impressed by how delicious your steak taste but, also how perfectly sliced and served it is.

Great looking but this was really big and bulky. We returned for something smaller thinner.
